Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Last Updated: May 15, 2026

Welcome to Union Fare. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of unionfare.com (the “Site”) and the products, services, and experiences we offer, including dining, reservations, online ordering, private events, gift cards, promotions, access to the outdoor food truck park, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Union Fare is owned and operated by Hospitality South LLC (“Union Fare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its indoor venue at 166 West Clayton Street and its outdoor food truck park (Union Fare Grounds) at 169 West Washington Street, Athens, GA 30601.

By accessing the Site or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place orders. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including failure to verify age.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive traffic.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the Site, except for public search engines indexing the Site in the ordinary course.
  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without our written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us or anyone else.
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Collect or harvest information about other users.

3. Accounts

If you create an account with us through online ordering, rewards, or another platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations may be made through the Site or through our reservation partner. Reservations are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled by us if needed. Large parties, holidays, live music nights, game days, and special events may require a deposit, a credit card hold, or a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation and no-show policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.

We hold reservations for a reasonable grace period. Guests arriving significantly late may be reseated as availability allows. Private dining reservations are governed by a separate agreement.

5. Online Ordering, Pickup, and Delivery

Online orders are accepted through the Site or through our authorized ordering partners. Once you submit an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the full order total, including taxes, fees, and gratuity if applicable.

Estimated pickup and delivery times are estimates only. Delivery is provided by third-party services and is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control.

Refunds, replacements, and credits for online orders are issued at our discretion. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order if there is an issue.

6. Menu, Pricing, and Availability

Menus, drink lists, prices, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on factors including:

  • Seasonal availability of ingredients and produce.
  • Market pricing of proteins, seafood, spirits, beer, and wine.
  • Special events, holidays, festivals, and live music nights.
  • Game days and major sporting events.
  • Happy hour windows, daily specials, and limited-time offers.
  • Promotional periods and partnership events.
  • Brewery rotations, draft line changes, and one-off keg tappings.
  • Food truck rotation at Union Fare Grounds and pricing set by individual third-party food truck vendors.

Prices shown on the Site, on third-party ordering and reservation platforms, on printed menus, on chalkboards, and on signage are provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the current price. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the point of sale at the time you place the order.

If a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, even after the order has been confirmed or charged. In that case, we will issue a full refund.

Some items may be unavailable due to supply issues, sell-outs, kitchen capacity, vendor delays, or event-specific service. We do our best to keep menus current but cannot guarantee the availability of any item.

Photos of food and drinks on the Site and in our marketing are for illustration only. Plating, garnish, glassware, and presentation may vary.

7. Promotions, Specials, and Happy Hour

From time to time we run promotions, happy hour deals, daily specials, contests, and other limited offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be made available at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Offers are subject to availability and may end at any time.
  • Offers are limited to in-person redemption unless otherwise specified.
  • Offers have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any promotion at our discretion.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased through the Site or in person. Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and are subject to the additional terms printed on the card or provided at purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

9. Private Events and Buyouts

Private events, semi-private buyouts, and full-venue rentals are subject to a separate event agreement that governs deposits, minimums, cancellation, food and beverage selections, service charges, and other terms. This includes rentals of the indoor venue, the outdoor Union Fare Grounds, or both spaces together. The terms of the event agreement control in case of any conflict with these Terms.

10. Food Truck Vendors at Union Fare Grounds

Union Fare Grounds hosts a rotating lineup of independent food truck vendors. Each food truck is an independent business, separately licensed and operated. Union Fare does not own, control, or guarantee the food, beverages, service, or pricing offered by individual food truck vendors.

Allergen disclosures, ingredient sourcing, and food handling practices are the responsibility of each vendor. Disputes regarding orders, refunds, or service from a food truck vendor should be addressed directly with that vendor.

Union Fare provides the space and may publish the rotation schedule on the Site or on signage. Schedules are subject to change without notice based on weather, vendor availability, or operational needs. Union Fare is not a party to transactions between you and any individual food truck vendor.

11. User-Generated Content

If you post a review, photo, comment, tag, or other content on our social media, on a review platform, or directly on the Site, you grant Union Fare a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, including on our website, social media, advertising, and printed materials, with appropriate credit where reasonable. You represent that any content you post is your own original work, does not violate anyone’s rights, and complies with the platform’s rules and applicable law. We may remove or refuse to use any content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, photos, illustrations, logos, brand marks, menus, recipes, descriptions, software, and design, are owned by Union Fare or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The Union Fare name, the Union Fare Grounds name, the Union Fare and Union Fare Grounds logos, and related marks are trademarks of Hospitality South LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including reservation platforms, online ordering partners, payment processors, delivery services, social media platforms, food truck vendor websites, and analytics tools. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties.

14. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make reasonable efforts to disclose allergens and ingredients for items prepared in our kitchen, but we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact with allergens. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should speak with a manager before ordering. We are not liable for adverse reactions to ingredients or allergens. For items prepared by third-party food truck vendors, please direct allergen questions to the individual vendor.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNION FARE, HOSPITALITY SOUTH LLC, AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Union Fare, Hospitality South LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email). Your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements we provide to you in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and Union Fare regarding the Site and Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
