Mini pancakes loaded with dessert toppings, plus churros and fruit salad from Athens Mini Pancakes. An Athens-grown truck started by Gonzalo Gonzalez and Andrea Gutierrez in 2021.
Wings, steak rolls, and loaded fries from Big Boy Wings, an Athens-owned truck. Lemon pepper, sweet chili, lime dry rub, honey garlic parmesan, and a full sauce station.
Authentic Mexican street food from La Chancla. Tacos, nachos, Mexican street corn, and a customizable toppings station. A regular at AthFest and other Athens events.

On Thursdays with complete focus, Chef Filippo Trapella tosses freshly boiled pasta in a pan full of his homemade sauce, the rich aroma filling the air, and he completes the dish with finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Double-stacked smash burgers and loaded chorizo fries from Cafe Racer, serving Athens since 2018. A regular in the Union Fare Grounds rotation.

Made-from-scratch tacos, quesadillas, and tortas from Homy Made. Co-founded by Mimi Maumus of home.made and Homero Elizalde-Castro, with regular stops at Athentic Brewing, Oglethorpe Garage, and other Athens spots.
